- Open Charm Bar (windows+c)
- Click on Search
- gpedit.msc
- Click on the gpedit icon on the left side of the pane.
- Expand the Computer Configuration and then
Administrative Templates.
- Expand Windows Components.
- From the Windows components, select Windows
Update.
- On the right pane of theWindows Update, check for No
auto-restart for logged in users.
- Right click on it and select Edit.
- Finally, click Enabled.
- Click on the Apply button andOK.
