Make your folder private, not use it another user.

Step:

1. Create folder.

2. Right click on that folder, and click on Property.

3. Go on Security tab.

4. In Security  tab after  Group of user name, click on Edit.

5. That's windows open Permission for your folder, select which user you block to access this folder.
     -  If user not found in list then click Add,
     - Enter user name.
     - And click on Check Name.
     - If user found then click on ok, else try again.     

6. Then one click on user name, and see below Permission for "Username".

7. Then Click on Deny for Full Control.

8. Press Apply and ok That's it.
Then log in to your another account and check this.
