To find the Ip adress do following.
1. Open run (Windows+r)
2. Type cmd. That's will be open Command Prompt.
3.In Command Prompt type this command ipconfig
4. This command will be display your all network status and ip configuration.
5. You can change ip address by following steps.
5.1. Just go to start/setting/control panel/Network and Dial-up setting.
5.2.It will open new windows click on TCP/IP on xp TCP/IP v 4 on win 7.
Declaration:
IP address. You can change or edit new ip address.
Subnet Mask: It's allow you the flow of network that is connected to the network by means network devices and routers.
Default Gateway: It's allow you can select default device(computer).
5.3. Type any Ip address you can change it. and press Apply and click on OK
