Step:
- Open Ms Excel or Ms Word.
- Click on Start and Click on Tools or Info.
- Click on Protect Workbook. and under tab click on Encrypt with Password.
- Type your secret password and press Ok, than again re type your password to confirm.
- Click OK, and save your Document.
